Delivery times

Collection: immediately
Delivery time within Germany: 1 - 5 days
Delivery time EU: 2 - 7 days
Delivery time Switzerland: 7 - 10 days

Delivery times apply to items in stock. We manufacture your custom outdoor kitchen entirely according to your wishes and ideas, which is why we require 6-10 weeks for the planning, construction, and implementation of your new favorite space.

Shipping costs

The delivery date for freight forwarding deliveries (Mon-Fri) will be agreed by telephone and the delivery time is approximately between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Other delivery times, such as Saturdays or after 3 p.m., are available upon request and are subject to additional charges.

Scope of delivery

The scope of delivery includes the piece of furniture itself including fittings (screws, etc.).
Any decoration shown is not included.
The furniture is usually delivered assembled on a pallet, free curbside. Please ensure that there is sufficient space between unloading and the furniture's destination so that you can transport your furniture to its destination. Please note that our furniture is heavy.

Payment methods

You can pay us in advance, via PayPal, credit card, or direct debit. Credit card payments and direct debit are processed through the third-party service provider PayPal.
