Scope of Delivery
The scope of delivery includes the furniture itself, including hardware (screws, etc.). Any decorations shown are not included. The furniture will be delivered as pre-assembled as possible on a pallet, delivered to the curb. Please ensure that there is sufficient space between unloading and the furniture's destination to ensure that you can transport it to its destination. If you would like assembly service, please contact us directly. We will provide you with a customized quote.
Right of Withdrawal
Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
Contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
